A winery born from a passion for innovation and quality
We are a company founded by passionate entrepreneurs, in which we are driven by the illusion of offering you a unique product: a wine of exceptional quality made from 100% freshly squeezed orange juice.
It all started in 2020, when after more than 15 years of friendship, we decided to transform an innovative idea into reality: to create a wine from fresh orange juice. Thus was born Swinge, which comes from the English expression "Smooth Wine from Oranges". This wine is fermented with innovative yeasts that provide fruity, fresh and also slightly exotic flavors.
After several years of testing, research and collaboration with specialized companies and prestigious winemakers, in 2023 we managed to put into production the first orange wine on the market: Swinge, a product of exceptional quality that will surely surprise you

We manually squeeze orange to orange to maintain the exceptional quality of the juice before the fermentation process, which begins in less than 24 hours. This process will minimize oxidation and prevent the deterioration of volatile components, guaranteeing fresh citrus aromas and the characteristics of a quality juice.
